What happens after the free trial?
After 14 days you'll be prompted to choose a paid plan or your account will revert to read-only. No surprise charges.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Your AI assistant runs on a hosted VPS. You access it via Telegram (already on your phone) or any web browser — nothing to install.
What file types can I upload?
PDFs, drawings (DWG, DXF), configuration backups, Word/Excel docs, images, text files, and most common industrial file formats.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Each Pro and Enterprise customer gets a dedicated private VPS instance — your files are never shared with other users.
Can we pay by purchase order?
