Information We Collect

We collect account information (name, email, company), payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store card numbers), and files you choose to upload to your assistant.

How We Use It

Your data is used solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties, except as required to process payments (Stripe) or comply with law.

Data Security

Pro and Enterprise accounts run on dedicated private VPS instances. Your uploaded files are not accessible to other customers. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections.

Data Retention

Your files remain on your VPS for the duration of your subscription. Upon cancellation, data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted upon request.
