By accessing or using FactoryCommand.AI ("Service"), operated by QDS Systems, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the Service.

1. Use of Service

FactoryCommand.AI is a subscription-based AI assistant service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all files and documents you upload. We do not share your data with third parties. Pro and Enterprise accounts run on dedicated private servers.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." QDS Systems is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
