Free Trial
Your 14-day free trial is risk-free. No charge is made until the trial ends. You can cancel anytime during the trial with no obligation.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months, but your access continues through the end of the paid period.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, refunds are prorated based on the remaining months unused.
Add-On Services
Document upload assistance and integration services from QDS Systems are custom-scoped and non-refundable once work has begun. We will agree on scope in writing before any work starts.
Requesting a Refund
